Terms & Conditions
- Loyalty points are non-transferrable. They cannot be transferred to another person or account. They do not have any cash value.
- Loyalty points are one-time use and non-refundable when used to purchase Natural Instinct Skincare products.
- If you cancel your order, points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
- If you require a refund (full or partial), points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
If you used points to pay for your order, they will be forfeited and the remaining refund (full or partial) will be credited to you.
- When referring a friend, they must be a new member to Natural Rewards and place their first order using the referral link provided by you.
Bonus loyalty points will be awarded within 7 days of your referral’s order being fulfilled.
The referral link is provided to you in the rewards widget dashboard after you have signed into your account.
- Birthday rewards will be awarded every 12 months on the date as designated by you when you signed up.
- VIP Reward levels are achieved once you reach the required amount of loyalty points within a 365 day period.
Status may be reset each year unless you have reached the nominated lifetime points level required.
- Review rewards are awarded per product review.
You can review up to 3 products per month.
Reviews must be a minimum of 25 words to be eligible for rewards.
You only may review products you have purchased.
Loyalty points will be assigned once review has been verified and receipt of loyalty points will occur at the first of every month.
- Loyalty points may be earned and/or redeemed only through naturalinstinct.com.au.
Natural Instinct Skincare may adjust points at any time without notice.
This rewards program is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
